Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

iS THERE ANY LAWS THAT ALLOW A SEPARATED SPOUSE OF 7 YEARS (30 YR MARRIAGE) TO SUE HER SPOUSE FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING DUE TO HIS CONTINUED IGNORING COURT ORDERS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. THANKS i LIVE IN MS AND HE IS IN LA.

There is no tort you can sue him for but you can file for contempt and have court order expenses including attorneys fees.

I would have asked for more information from the questioner. However, if one is separated from a spouse and not divorced, then I would want to know why there is no divorced already granted. Also, any court order that is ignored by anyone can result in fines and imprisonment if someone files a rule for contempt of a court order.
