Lawsuit for woman who destroyed my family

Can I sue my husband and the woman who he was caught committing adultery for destroying my life and the lives of my children financially and emotionally? He has admitted to comitting adultery with this woman. Can my 18 year old daughter sue him for sexually abusing her since she was 12 years old?

First, your 18 year old daughter can sue him. She should seek her own lawyer.

Second, if you want to sue him, consult with a divorce lawyer first. Include these issues in what you discuss with your lawyer.

I believe that you and your daughter should use different lawyers.
