Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

if i leave my husband and take half our stuff and half the money we have saved can he have me arrested for that.every time i want to leave he pull a gun out so i want to wait until he goes to work pack up and go me and our two kids

No, he cannot have you arrested. You should go see an attorney before you leave if possible.

And in addition to Mr. Lambert's answer, you should go to the local women's shelter and try to file a Protective Order. Then a police officer can accompany you to the house to get your belongings. As Mr. Lambert said....see an attorney.
