Legal Custody Of My Daughter

My ex-girlfriend and I have a

daughter, She allowed her to go to

her cousins house without my

permission...Her cousin is refusing to

give her back. My ex gave her

temporary over two years ago. Since

then she has been with us she went

back to visit her for two weeks and

now she is refusing to give her back.

Do I have Authority to go get my

Child if The Mother Gives me full

Custody of her.

I suggest you consult a lawyer and file suit to establish custody. Otherwise you and the mother will be perpetually crossed up and your daughter will suffer from the unclear situation.
