I have legal custody of my 3 grandsons. My daughter wants custody of the boys. What are the requirements to give her custody?

You did not say if you agree or not. If you agree, have an attorney draft an order transferring the custody and present it to the Judge. This is easy and inexpensive.

If you do not agree she will have to sue you and prove that the transfer is in the best interest of the children.

Adding to what Mr. Casanave says, I would ask how you obtained custody of your grandsons? If the children came into your custody because the State took them from your daughter, and the Juvenile Court granted you custody, then you have to file to change the Order in the Juvenile case in which you obtained custody. Articles 309 & 313 of the Children's Code.
