legal father

i have been seperated for almost 2 years. my husband is collecting extra money in the military for our marriage and has not given me any of the money. i got a job to pay for a divorce but then i got into a bad car accident a week after i was employed. i was in a coma for a month and i have not been back to work. i recently had a baby for my boyfriend and my since i am still married the hospital put my husband on the birth certificate. my boyfriend has no rights to his own child. and now i was my husband to pay child support until he signs his rights over. is there any way i can get child support from him?

You should have contacted the branch of the miliary your husband is in, and they should assist you in obtaining funds directly from the military. I do not know whether your adultery will affect your rights. Your boyfriend can file a paternity action and have DNA testing and prove he is the father. Or, just go do DNA testing.
