Legal Guardianship from State to State

If a single mother has the sole legal guardianship of her son in Arkansas, does that legal guardianship transfer to another state like Louisiana, or does she have to file for guardianship again if she moves from one state to another?

If the court that awarded her custody had the authority to do what it did then she has custody in all 50 states.
