Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i have been legally seperated with a divorce agreed upon by both myself and my husband. we have a 3 year old boy and i signed a visitation agreement in which he has full custody. if i get into a relationship with someone else, is it legally possible for my husband to stop me from seeing my son just as much as was agreed apon?

You cannot litigate your rights as a parent away by agreeing to give custody should you later have another relationship. Joint custody is presumed to be in the best interest of the child unless evidence of unfitness is shown.
