Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I live in LA. I am planning on moving out of state with my daughter, I was unwed when I had her and there are no custody, child support, or visitation filed. The father's name on the birth certificate is the only documentation with the father and my daughter. Can I move my daughter out of state without the father's consent?

You have equal custody rights with the child's father since there is no custody order. You have to inform him of the move prior to it being made. Since you did not mention that he does not visit or pay support, I guess he is doing that.
