Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

OK I live in Louisiana i had my son on mach 13 i already filled out the child support application and mailed it off, so whats next?, the whole thing between me and my sons father is really messy, he said that he would help out with him back in November when i was pregnant I even have the myspace messages to prove it. but that was the last time i spoke to him. i wrote him a message on facebook saying i was taking him to court and his Fiancee wrote me back saying that not his baby and saying all these things she has no idea about saying stay out of their lives and then saying that he wants nothing to do with the baby that he already has his family and daughter, but i don't want him to be in my sons life physically but, i feel he should at lease support him financially, she pretended to be him when i first texted him that i was pregnant, the last time i talked to him he contacted me on myspace and then we had a phone conversation and was unaware that i was pregnant and saying that he wouldn't let me do this on my own and asking me questions and sounding really concerned. He even said i wouldn't have known you were pregnant until i got a child support notice in the mail and i told him i thought about it, and he said that's what i would have done if i was you, but then again he lied to me about everything i had to do background searches just to get real info about him but he started to get real sloppy with it telling me were he moved and giving me his cell number, and i got a lot of his info off of facebook which he lied to me about having a facebook. but he shouldn't be getting his fiancee to do his dirty work for him he should be telling me all of the stuff shes telling me, maybe i would have a little bit more respect for him.they said that they would start sending him letters soon when i checked on my case. do youthink i should get a lawyer/

You will need to prove paternity if he is not on the birth certificate. That will force a blood test. An attorney is a good idea.
