louisiana divorced domicile parent gets remarried and new husband is in the military and stationed in Colorado, 2 minor children * & 5 yrs old. Whats the options for the exwife

Options for what? You cannot move without his permission unless you just do it and he fails to object. If he does object you will have to convince a Court that moving is in the children's best interest and it is assumed staying where they have always lived or lived the majority of the time is in their best interest. If by "options" you meant something else, re-submit your question.
