Louisiana Power of Attorney

To help with business affairs, my huband has begun to exhibit quite severe dementia,being 78 years of age, and I am trying to get online forms for POA. Do ''durable'' and ''general'' POA exclude POA regarding Health Care decisions?

If your husband is exhibiting signs of severe dementia, he is not competent to sign a POA. You would need to do an interdiction.
