What does LSA-R.S.9:355,et seq. mean? does this have to do with the relocation of a minor child under visitation rights?

RS 9:355.1 et seq applies to the "principal residence" of the child which is with the parent designated as the "domiciliary parent," or the parent awarded "domiciliary status." When exercising visitation, the child can be taken on vacation out of state without a court order UNLESS the court has specifically forbidden such visitation.
