louisisana divorce

my husband and i have been seperated for two months. i found out i was pregnant with his child a week after he was gone. i still want a divorce. my husband moved to another state and no one knows where he is. will my being pregant and not being able to locate him impede me in getting a divorce soon.

Your pregnancy shouldn't delay the divorce because the father will remain responsible for support.

No. The pregnancy has no effect on the divorce, just the parenting issues. Any competent divorce lawyer should be able to handle both of those issues.
