Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

If a man has been named the father on a Childs birth certificate, and has also been paying child support for 3 years, and he recently found out that the child wasn't his... Would he be able to be reimbursed for these 3 years of child support??

No. Whether or not the father is the natural father, he is the legal father.

Assuming there is a DNA proving another man is the father, then the answer is No. And, until he files a formal disavowel, he must continue to pay support. He acknowledged the child as his, whether it was done due to stupidity or whatever, he wanted the child to be his. It is not the child's fault there are 2 fathers.
