marriage agreement (prenup)

my husband and I sign a prenup before the marriage ,but now we want to get rid of it. I was wondering if we wrote up some papers stating that and took it to a notory will that be enough if not what can we do.

If your prenup is filed in the public records, you'll need to make a new filing of the document renouncing the prenup.
