Can an exspouse continue to use the surname of exspouse once both have remarried?

As long as they are not using it to defraud. Many keep the name if there are children with the same last name.

Children are a very valid reason to keep the name. If you believe you are being harmed by their continued use of your name, you may have a basis for challening them. It depends on the facts.

There is no law requiring a person to change her name when she remarries. Many women continue to use a maiden or prior name. Many choose to hyphenate the name.
