Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i am married and have 2 kids (7 1/2 yrs), living in usa as dependent visa to my wife. i want to go to my home country with kids and my wife never allows me and kids go to home country. how do i travel with kids?

Both parents have to agree for a child to travel out of country. This is to protect citizens from having to fight custody proceedings outside of the US court system. In a custody proceeding, the court would have to decide whether the children should leave the country. Within a marriage, the whole family, including the spouse could make the trip together or the parent not traveling has to give permission.
