Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i am a married man and have just had a little girl with my wife back in 2005 i received a letter that said i may have been the father of a girl so i agreed to do a dna test and the mom refused it now that i have a 5 week old baby with my wife she has contacted me again i am agreeing to go do the test if the child is mine is it possible that if she was getting state assistance that they can get me to pay all of that back or even try to get me for back child support
