Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I'm married And I have a 10 month old son.my husband claimed the baby signed the birth cirtificat and my son has his last name. But he's not the real father. Is it possible to get child support from the real father?

If your husband wants to disavow paternity and you want to file to establish the paternity of the child.

Acknowleged father must file to disavow.........but if you married the acknowleged father, then it is too late for him to disavow, I believe.
