after getting married and returing from honeymoon ex appeared with texts stating that we were still engaged i did not send any texts to her. since the marriage has been anuled now ex wife and her mother are suing me for cost of wedding and honeymoon. the lawyer is my exs brother and i have no money help

You will need to defend the suit or they will receive a default judgment. Unless you agreed to pay for the wedding and honeymoon, you should not be found liable. You should have 15 days from service of the petition to file the answer. In small claims court, it is 10 days. Don't delay and you should hire an attorney in your area.
