Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

When me and my ex married, we each had separate homes. on weekends she would help me on my home and other weekends, me hers,we are doing community property settlement and she is wanting $60 an hour for 1024 hours ($60,000) for the labor on the home. she did help some but no where near that much. can this be possible? is this a legal claim? we live in louisiana

Speak with your attorney........if her labor on your house, and yours on hers, benefited the community, then ask for a trial date.
