I am getting married, will my husband's ex-wife be able to use my income to get an increase in her childsupport. She is threatening to take him back to court for an increase after we get married based off of our combined income.

She could, but your entire income in not considered only a percentage. Unless you make several hundred thousand dollars a year, it should not have any effect. See an attorney in the jurisdiction that will be asked to change the child support and see what the practice is there by the Court. Otherwise, sign a prenup......but I really do not think it will amount to much. Lastly, he should be paying more than the chart dictates anyway if he was really a fabulous dad.
