Mentally disabled
Does the signature count if the person is mentally disabled and does not understand what he was signing. He was told my his brother that there was very little money to speak of, so to sign the paper giving him independent administrator rights to get parents estate cleared up. The administrator then took the mentally disabled share and put it in the bank under his name( administrator's name). So in this case the mentally disabled person cannot get his money.

If the person cannot managed his own affairs, then he should be interdicted and a curator(trix) and undercurator should be appointed to protect his property. Then, court approval would be needed to dispose or use his property for anything.
