i have a 4year old daughter and when she was 2years old my ex-wife gave up her rights to me.well about 2weeks after that i gave up my rights up to my mother and father because of my job now i want her back and it is very hard to get her back what can i do

It will be very hard to get her back because you gave her up not that long ago. Even if you get here, it will take time and you'll need an attorney to advise you through the process and handle the hearings.

I have been doing adoptions and termination of parental rights for 35 years, so it is very important to know whether you actually "gave up your rights" or you just "gave custody" to your parents. If you truly "gave up your parental rights" then there is nothing you can do. If you just gave them custody, then you do have a chance to get your child. I would suggest you convince your parents that you are ready, willing and able to father your child and they may give you custody. Good luck.
