about minor kids
the xwife had both kids from the divorce. I had to pay 750.00 a month. Sept.2006 she put the son out of her house. So, I was sending 350.00 a month until we go back to court next month. do you think the judge would but me in contempt.

He could. Unless your support was on a per child bases, ie $375 per child, then you cannot reduce it without a court order. Even if the judge lets you off without contempt, you were paying less than 1/2 of the obligation anyway. I suspect you will owe a bunch of back support.
