Missing Spouse

I'm trying to get a divorce from my husband but every lawyer

tell me that i need to know where he is , which i don't. We

have been seperated for 3 years. What can I do to get this

over with quick?

You cannot have asked a real attorney how to get a divorce from a man you cannot locate. Go to an attorney and he will do the necessary paperwork to have a curator appointed and then proceed to get you a divorce.
