Misuse of Funds
We were married for 14 monthes, split up for 6 monthes, reconciled for 8 monthes.We purchased a new home with me putting up 80k down payment with a Seperation of Property stating the 80K is and always will be mine.Using this equity, a line of credit in the amount of 40k was opened with both our names listed. She withdrew 25k without my knowledge, deposited it in another bank, then borrowed another 25k against it. She already had another residence setup to move into.this happened less than 1 week ago and she has already spend at least 10k..Please tell me some good news...Thank You

Divorce is almost never good news, but you need to move quickly to save whatever assets remain, and to freeze the funds until a judge orders a split.

The good news is that you can divorce her and freeze her accounts. The bad news is that you need to do it quickly.
