Misuse and mismanagemt of Trust Funds

Is any of the following grounds for removal of a Trustee and a lawsuit to recover any lost funds?

1. Trust funds were not invested in any manner.

2. Trust funds were not placed in separate accounts.

3. Administrator (executor) of trust disburses funds using his personal checking account.

4. There is no known bond on behalf of the executor of the fund.

I am also curious about my rights to recover ''lost interest'' because the original funds were not invested in any type of account that would generate a return. Both the will and succession give the executor complete control to do as he wishes with the funds.
