Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Molested as a child

Over 20 yrs ago I was molested by my brother I was 9 he 12. Never told parents until made to last wk. I told my husband before marriage 6yrs ago and he told his family. Every fight we have ever had he has threaten to tell my parents and my brother's boss. I have finally left him. He is wanting the judgement to have a clause that our child is not to be left in my brother's care. She has never stayed with him. I have gone to counceling and have been over this for a long time. My husbands atty has asked to see my counceling files and my atty told me not to sign anything. My brother and I are close and have never discussed this as adults,I guess I need to tell him what is going on. Will all of this come out in court? Or is it a dead issue. What are my husbands rights? What are my rights? What if gossip starts, what are my brothers rights? Can this affect his job or custody of his 3 boys?

Re: Molested as a child

Tell your brother. Agree to the clause that your daughter will not be alone with him and that should end it. Don't give him your records to exploit. Best I can do without more details.
