Can a mother of a daughter with shared custody live with another man other than a relative or the daughter's biological father even if they have legal papers saying she could not

She can live with whomever she wishes, but she is in contempt of the court order and could lose overnight visitation. But the father must file a rule for contempt and take her to court. Must have proof as well, of course.
