Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I am a mother and I am about to file for a divorce petition. However, I am worried about my 3 y.o kid safety. Because my husband has the kid's passport and i fear that after he knows that i filed the petition, he will take the kid outside the country without my consent... What should i do to prevent this from happening? or how can i be notified from the airport authorities, or any kind of "red flag" if he is taking the kid overseas? ... i want to make sure about my kid's safety, before i file the petition ... please help. and Thank you in advance.

You must file custody proceedings and have the court address the issue and issue preventative orders.
