Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Mother wants to leave state with one child, a daughter. She wants to give custody to the father of the son, who pays child support for both children. What should the father do to protect himself and his children? Mother says that father does not have to pay child support if he will take in his son to live with him. Father not too keen about mother's idea.

Ypu need to have the court grant joint custody of the children, set up visitation and rule on support.
