Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
moving
I just filed for divorce. We have one
child involved. I have been offered a
job in Washington DC where I a m
originally from. It makes sense for
me to move back home because I
would have family around and secure
employment! Here I have neither.
What are the technicalities ?

The technicality would be visitation with the other parent. You would have to find some way to work around the distance if the other parent stays here in Louisiana in order for visitation.
