Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i am moving to louisiana without my daughters father knowing and we have no agreements through the courts but what happens if when he finds out he files for temporary full custody when i am already gone and can i file temporary full custody of my daughter when i get there even though i havent established residency?

Until you have lived in a state for 6 months it probably doesn't have jurisdiction. This fight must be fought in the state where the children have been living.
