my nephews mom needs help how can i take him and enroll him in school without having her lose custody of her son

You may be able to get a power of attorney which gives you authority to make educational decisions for the child. I have done that for clients in the past and it has worked MOST times. Some school administrators may not accept it, though. If you want to give that a try, you can call me. The cost for doing it is $195, including the notary fee, if you are in the New Orleans area.
