my niece and nephew is being neglected
Can i get custody of these children?
Isn't it against the law for a mother to give their child beer?
Should I let their mother get them back if I know that they are not being treated right and that she is on drugs?
Should I take her to court for not paying for her child care for all of the years I have kept them?

A non-parent can get custody if they can show that custody to one of the biological parents poses a substantial risk of harm and the non parent can provide a suitable home.
