originally my daughter was with her father for the summer 2008, my ex failed to meet me in louisiana to pick her up, and bring her to decatur ga where i live and had her enrolled in school. So by the time I got back to decatur ga school had already started here. So my daughter asked me could she start school in Texas, I agree because she needed to be in school plus she was close to her brother and sister's who reside in lafayette louisiana. My ex filed child support on me $170 child support and $50 medical, he works for the federal prison for 26 years makes thousands of dollars, he has a 4 bed room house yet he and my daughter are shack up in a two bedroom apartment with his girlfriend and she has 4 children one of the a boy I let my daughter come to texas because i knew he had his own home, I didn't agree to have my daughter over his girlfriend house, who he allows to cause conflict in this situation, this is about my daughter I careless about him or his girlfriend, and had I knew that this was the way it was my daughter would never been out in texas, my ex has block my cell number and won't allow my daughter to call me, when I call private because i have to or he will block that number like he blocked the cell number, he refuses to answer the phone knowing that I call my daughter at 9pm, telling me he won't except private call, but he can let her call me she knows my number? he tells my daughter that I don't love her, telling her that I abandon her, when she asked me to stay with her father the school year he has had brandi since 6/08. Brandi was spending the christmas holidays in 12/07 while i was working in alabama and he brought her back to lafayette louisiana to finish school. I had a document notorized so that my oldest daughter could watch her while I was out of town, when she finish school he came and got her for the summer of 08, I have been more than fair with him, he has always visit her, taken her anywhere he wanted to go when I reside in lafayette louisiana, yet he keep her from calling me, and when i use to talk to her on the phone he want to put her on the speaker phone so that he can hear what we are talking about, what are my rights, I had a child support case in texas and when I divorced him in lafayette louisiana the judge gave me sole custody of my daughter, now I will have to enforced the order, what can i do?

If you have sole custody, get a certified copy of that judgment and take it to law enforcement where the father is and pick up your daughter. Or, take that judgment to the court where you live and have the judgment made the judgment of that court. Of course, the first thing you do is get an attorney where you are. They can do what you need done. That is based on what you said about the legal proceedings in your question and ignores all the other stuff you write because that is for presentation to a court.
