Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Parent trying to move

The court set an interim custody joint but child's domicile with the father ,have not gone back for--name removed--final determination,(Mediator Report). The father has just informed the mother that he plans to sell his house, which is 10 miles away from the mother, and move 175 miles away. Can he do that?
