Parental abandement charges

I have been divorced for 3 years now. My ex husband is ordered to pay child support for our daughter. I have not recieve child support in nearly 4 years now as well as he has not seen the child. Is there any way that I can file abandment charges against him? If so, how can I go about doing so?

You need to contact your local district attorney's office or Support Enforcement. If you can afford a private attorney, he can file a contempt rule against your ex.
