parental/grandparents rights

my son was married for under a year, now getting divorced, wife 18yrs old, went home to parents two months pregnant. her parents are determined to give up baby for adoption when born. What rights does my son have? what rights does both grandparents have? what chances do we have to adopt the child. how can we be sure we are involved with the decision making process... thanx

If he has a divorce lawyer he should contact that lawyer. If not he needs one. He needs to file for custody of the child at some point. Unfortunately, at two months pregnant she could get an abortion so all of this must be attended to carefully.
