part owner on a vechicle

my husband and i are separated. he had a are just hiswreck and his airbags didn't deploy so he is suing chrysler. my name was on truck with him. should the lawsuit be in both our names

Only if you suffered damages. It would be hard to prove that you suffered loss of your husband's love and affection since you were separated. If the suit is attempting to get damages for the truck, then he can sue as representative of the community. However, since you are separated, then you should intervene for the property damage.
