Do I have to pay it all?

My wife left 5 months ago leaving me with my two boys (minors). I have been paying all the bills including house payments. The house was separate property when it was first built, she signed off on it, but 3 years ago we refininaced it with both names on loan. My question: Do I have to continue paying all the bills, which I have done so far but its hard with just my income now. There is no divorce filed yet.

The big problem is that the divorce is not your creditors' fault. They will continue to expect to be paid.

Consult with an attorney. Filing for divorce includes filing for child support & spousal support. Spousal support is becoming more rare but you might qualify.
