Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I'm planning on filing for an increase in permanent spousal support in Louisiana, and I already have a consent judgment for permanent spousal support in place. I'd like to know if my former spouse's new live-in girlfriend,, who is reliant on him for her income can be considered a living expense, when my former spouse fills in his affidavit of expenses, even if they're not married yet. I'd be most appreciative for an answer.

In order to receive an increase you will have to show a change in circumstances-first that your need has increased and secondly that his ability to pay has increased. Her need should not be considered.
