Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
Do I have to play spousal support even though we been married for 28 years. Our children are grown. I make double the money she makes. She might have evidence of my infidelity.

More than likely you will have to pay spousal support. It can be upwards to 18 months, in order to allow the other spouse to get restarted. She just has to show need. If she is filing under adultery, she will have to show fault on your part and need.
