prenuptial agreement
I am marrying my second husband again. Before we married the first time I had a prenuptial agreement made. Is it still good for this upcoming marriage. No marriage date was put on it the first time.

I suggest you get a new one. The price of one too many is far lower than the price of one too few.

Very interesting. If the prenup was executed in anticipation of a marriage, it may end when the marriage ends.....or maybe not. What I am saying is do a new one.
