Prenuptial

A friend of mine is going through a divorce. He & and his wife had a prenup. they were only married for 9months and bought a home together however he was away on business and she put the house in her name. He paid her $800.00 a month for the house & utilities. then she kicked him out. he has proof of the money he gave her for the house. My question is does he have grounds to get any of his money back?

He probably does if he can prove that this was his money and was not a gift.

If the house was purchased in both their names the only ways to transfer it solely to her are his consent or her fraud.
