Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have primary custody, WHAT is she trying to do

I now have primary custody and she has reasonable visitation. She has now sent rules; like:

1) I am to make contact thru her mother and if I can't reach her mother then she will get them on a schedule that she has made. I have not signed any arrangement.

Can she do this with it having both of our signatures on that paper??

THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

If you can't agree between the two of you what "reasonable visitation" shall be, the the court will have to set visitation. I think all courts have a visitation schedule that they use. I suggest you contact an attorney or the court to get a copy of the plan used in your parish.
