My husband and his family has a resturant business - I am planning to divorce him soon - we have a 14 year old daughter - would she or I receive a percentage in the resturant - how does this work? and would the child support work right now he pays nothing.

Your questions are a bit more complicated than can be answered here. Any claim you would have to the restaurant depends on when he acquired ownership, for how long and when you were married to him and for how long. Child support is fixed by statute, based on both parents' gross income. You need to make an appointment with an attorney and get the details out to determine what your rights are.
