Property Settlement not paid

I have been divorced for 3 years and my ex-husband has not paid the property settlement he owes. The property settlement included part of a credit card. I have already paid the credit card in full so it would not ruin my credit. How can I get him to pay his part and can I charge him interest?

Have your lawyer file a rule for contempt. Whether you are entitled to interest depends on the facts but you should get attorney's fees & costs.
